Hair holds up !

Perfect solution

This cap is the perfect solution to working out with long hair. Of course the brim is absolutely necessary for outdoor training and sun protection, but the pony tail spot is comfortable and brilliantly placed! Genius!!

Best accessory for the Gym Ever!!

I was hesitant because I’m a “fit after 50” gym and studio rat. I sweat A LOT! One of my younger fashionistas had one on, while protecting her lovely braids and well done edges wore one during a combat class. She swears by them and I for my first band and hat.
