WHAT IS GYMWRAP’S RETURN POLICY?

All purchases made on Gymwrap.com have a 30-day return period from the delivery date to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please keep in mind, ProTECH Masks, Uplift Leggings, Uplift Biker Shorts, Sculpt Premium Support Belt, and products from our Sale collection are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or flawed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • You must register your return with Gymwrap prior to returning the item. Please email help@thegymwrap.com and include your order number, items you would like to return, and reason for return.
  • If an item is damaged or flawed, you must include a photo of the item in your return request.
  • Return shipping and original shipping charges, will only be covered if an item is damaged or flawed. If you change your mind or a product does not fit, the return will be refunded less shipping. Please refer to our size guides to ensure the correct size is purchased.
  • We process online returns within 3-5 business days once your return reaches our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • At this time, we do not accept online exchange requests. Please process your return and place a new order.
