I recently started going to the gym consistently and when I switched hairstyles, I needed something to help me maintain my hair straight. I immediately ordered gym wrap and it has not disappointed. I attend Pilates class twice a week and strength training at least three times a week. I maybe use heat on my leave out two times a week maybe just because I want to but other than that it works very well. Also hyperhidrosis friendly I sweat excessively! Go for it ladies make sure to keep it on until your hair until it drys if you sweat like me.
I love this because I have hot flashes and during my exercise routine and my hair duo is messed up, but using this has change the way my hair duo in a good way.
I love the hat but since my head is not that big i have a hard time with the adjustment Velcro strip

Used it for the first time last week in spin cycle class! Usually lots of sweat pours from my hairline, however it didn't when I had the gymwrap on. Will use again:)

The wrap is good and I'm sure it works, but my head is smaller than average so it runs a little big for me.
