I always have a problem, keeping my hair straight while working out because of the sweat and this has helped me maintain my straight hair

I was skeptical at first but after taking the leap of purchasing the full triangle gymwrap I am very pleased that my hair stay dry during my workouts, no more worries about my hair being drenched after working out. Ladies with this gym wrap, there is NO EXCUSE to skip the gym because of your hair! I am 54 years old and have been getting “press and curl aka flat iron aka blow out” my whole life. I was afraid of what working out would do to my hair since I don’t get perms. Three things have come up since my youth to help me reconsider the gym. 1) Lack of sleep, 2) rising blood pressure, 3) bone health. Needless so say, it was time to make my health front and center and with that, the decision to attend (not join) the gym—-you see, I have been a paying member of my local gym for several years. I pin curl my hair the night before, wear the wrap during my entire workout, and then I use a shower towel head wrap over my gym wrap while I am in the shower at the gym. I do this because with so many people, the showers stay steamy. Once I am out of the shower, I remove the towel head wrap and continue to use my gym wrap until I am dressed and ready to leave the gym. I remove my pin curls, fluff my curls, and THE DAY MAY BEGIN!!! I tell you what ladies, the gym wrap is AN INVESTMENT IN YOU. We spend so much on things—clothes, food, hair, bills, but this is an investment in our health. When we are healthy, we are our best selves and can show up for those we love and care about as well as life’s obligations.
