Stay Cool This Summer!

     Summer is just days away and the heat is already here! Depending on where you live, it may be difficult to stay cool while breaking a sweat outside.. Don't sweat it, Gymwrap has your back ALL Summer long!

     Here are a few tips to stay drier, cooler, and protected this season:

  • Make sure you stay HYDRATED! Participating in a tough workout, in the heat, without drinking enough water can be extremely dangerous. Extreme dehydration, heat stroke, and heat exhaustion are just a handful of the possible side effects you could encounter. Try to drink at least 200-300ml a day!

  • Choose your workout routine according to fitting the temperature! On especially scorching and humid days, choose a more relaxed cardio activity! Exampled could be swimming, an early morning/evening walk in the park, or even a nice bike ride!
